Proofstate privacy notice
What we collect
When you join the early-access waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. The optional hidden fields on the form are anti-spam controls and are never stored. We do not store your IP address.
Why we collect it
We use the email address so we can send you a launch notice and first access to Proofstate when it opens. That is the only purpose.
Retention
We keep waitlist email addresses for as long as you remain on the waitlist, and no longer than needed to deliver the launch notice. We will not sell or rent your address to anyone.
How to request deletion
To have your email address removed from the waitlist, email us at privacy@proofstate.app with the subject “waitlist deletion” and we will remove it. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send you.
Analytics
We do not use third-party tracking or advertising identifiers on the Proofstate public site. We may track bounded first-party events (such as a page view or a waitlist submission) to understand how the launch page is used, without fingerprinting you.
